It’s Ladies’ Day at Royal Ascot, with over 60,000 racing enthusiasts expected to descend on the Berkshire venue to witness the action today. Yesterday proved to be another enthralling day at the races, with William Buick claiming the jockey of the day prize after winning the Price of Wales’s Stakes on Ombudsman.
Today’s action gets underway at 2.30pm with the Norfolk Stakes, with the showpiece race coming at 4.20pm as eight runners compete for glory in the Gold Cup. Zarigana and Falakeyah are leading the way in the Gold Cup betting, with January and the Buick-ridden Kon Tiki also eyeing up success.
