Disruptive Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) was ejected from the House chamber for the second year in a row during President Trump’s address to Congress.

Green had waved around a sign that said “Black people aren’t apes” as he was escorted out of the chamber. He also declined to sit as Trump began speaking.

Green was booted the previous year as well during Trump’s joint address to Congress.

Fellow Texas Rep. Troy Nehls exchanged some words with Green before walking back to his seat.
