Discussing his reason for enjoying bringing his children up in America, he said: “I feel as though it’s the life that my mum wanted for me. To be able to do the things I’m able to do with my kids that I undoubtedly wouldn’t be able to do in the UK – it’s huge.
“That is a fantastic opportunity and I’m hugely grateful for that.”
Taking to her Instagram account in the past few months, Meghan has shared clips that show off both Archie and Lilibet’s surprising accents.
Speaking during a television appearance in March, the 43-year-old revealed that her children’s accents are “very American”.
PEOPLE previously reported that Harry officially changed his listed country of residence on paperwork from the UK to the US in 2023.
At the same time, it was revealed the couple had “vacated” their five-bedroom UK home, Frogmore Cottage.
Having previously spoken about his fears over his family’s safety in the UK, Harry touched on this again in New York City.
He said: “What worried me most was worrying that would happen to me, or to my wife, or to my kids.”
