Rams offensive lineman Alaric Jackson is expected to miss time for his role in the wild fracas that occurred after Los Angeles’ loss to the Bills on Monday night.

It’s anticipated Jackson will be suspended for two games for punching Bradley Chubb on the field following Buffalo’s 37-34 “Monday Night Football” victory at SoFi Stadium, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Tuesday.

“The NFL has not yet notified the team nor the NFLPA,” Schefter added.

Jackson should have the ability to appeal whatever punishment is handed down.

If the ban is ultimately upheld, Jackson — the Rams’ starting left tackle — would miss LA’s upcoming matchups with the Cardinals and the Raiders. He would be available to return for their home tilt with the Chargers on Nov. 1.

Jackson and Chubb quarreled just after the former had swapped jerseys with one of the latter’s Bills teammates.

It’s unclear exactly what sparked their dispute, but ESPN cameras showed Jackson hit Chubb in the face after they had exchanged words near midfield.

Chubb then went after Jackson, but was held back by several Bills players as well as injured Rams pass rusher Myles Garrett.

During an exclusive interview with the California Post, Chubb attributed the incident to it being “a close game.”

“And, you know, they always catch the second guy,” he said, “so I let him swing and my teammates held me back and I just chilled.”

Chubb said he was not injured and was already set to move on from the matter.

“I’m with my team,” he said. “I’m turnt. We’re ready for next week.”

The loss dropped the Rams to 2-3. The Bills win, meanwhile, moved them to 4-1.
