During the Raiders and Chiefs’ Sunday thriller, Raider Nation was letting Travis Kelce know what they think of him and Taylor Swift.
A Raiders fan was seen walking up the stairs at Allegiant Stadium, holding a sign with Kelce and Swift’s faces on it, and was roasting the iconic pop star’s appearance.
“Scores 6’s on & off The Field,” is what the sign read.
Within 22 hours, the post went viral on X as it garnered 75,000 views, 265 likes, 20 reposts, and 30 comments.
The reaction by football fans on X was mixed, as some fans found the sign to be funny, while others didn’t think it was necessary.
“The hate Taylor Swift gets is unwarranted. It’s the new Nickelback sucks meme,” @matt47871 wrote on X.
“Hilarious even is your not attracted to Swift she’s still a billionaire! Shes a 6 and you have what a 4 at home who makes 50k a year good call.” @althansbucks4E wrote.
Another fan in the comments went to defend Swift and took a shot back by calling out the Raiders.
“There’s a whole football team to roast and we’re grading somebody’s wife? We can do better than that. Maybe direct that energy to your team losing this game.” @Stila23 commented.
The Raiders ended up dropping the first meeting against the Chiefs on Sunday, in a 30-27 loss at home.
Raiders quarterback Kirk Cousins attempted to march his team downfield for a comeback victory in the fourth quarter, but ultimately ended up falling short when he was intercepted at the Kansas City 36-yard line by Xavier Nwankpa.
Kelce, 36, who has dominated the Raiders for most of his career and has been on a career renaissance this season, had a rather quiet day against Las Vegas, hauling in only two receptions for 15 yards.
Regardless of the result, though, Kelce and Swift still had the last laugh.
Kelce and Swift first started dating in 2023, when he attempted but failed to give her a friendship bracelet at her ERA’s Tour stop in Kansas City.
The two started quietly hanging out the next month.
In July this past summer, the two tied the knot when they got married at Madison Square Garden.
