Ryaniar CEO Michael O’Leary has slammed the Chancellor, branding her “Rachel rubbish” in a brutal verbal attack during a press conference.
The budget airline boss was criticising Rachel Reeves for failing to get rid of the Air Passenger Duty (APD), and went on to accuse one of her Treasury staff of being a “dopey g**”.
During the X-rated episode, the fiery Irishman said: “I don’t know what f****** airline this dopey g** actually flies on”
“It shows you how out of touch the Treasury are with f****** reality”.
