Putin's billionaire pal calls for nuclear strike on Ukraine after horrific Moscow shooting

Dmitry Medvedev, the former Russian president, hinted that Ukraine could be the culprit behind the brutal attack.

He ominously declared in a retaliatory address: “If it is established that these terrorists are of the Kyiv regime, it is impossible to deal with them and their ideological inspires differently.

“All of them must be found and mercilessly destroyed as terrorists, including officials of the state that committed such atrocity.”

But Ukraine’s Presidential Adviser Mykhailo Podolyak insisted that his country “had absolutely nothing to do with these events,” and that the battlefield is where things would be determined.

Russia’s FSB security agency has thwarted an ISIS plan aimed at a synagogue in Moscow only days before the attack.

US intel agencies confirmed that they had discovered that the Afghan branch of ISIS was planning a strike on Moscow, based on intel gathered in recent weeks, and passed on the information to Moscow.
