PS5 gamers cut £25 off Battlefield 6 price by following this lesser-known sale

Anticipation is building for the latest instalment of Battlefield, the shooter that’s going to carry gamers through the winter months and dominate gameplay as we get thrown back into the action once again.

One thing that might stop shoppers from pulling the trigger on release day is the price. It costs £65, another AAA title that’s going to hurt the wallet, and for those who just forked out for FC 26, it’s understandable to be looking for a more affordable way to get the new Battlefield.

Well, read on, because there’s a cunning route to get gamers enlisted for the latest tour of duty with Battlefield 6 and save some cash. TopCashback is offering £15 cashback on new game releases, with newcomers to the shopping site getting a huge price cut.

Once signed up to TopCashback, shoppers will have to select Game as the retailer, which will then transfer them back to Game to pre-order Battlefield 6 as normal. Top Cashback will track the purchase so it can drop the cashback into the buyer’s account.

If this sounds complicated, we’ve highlighted the step-by-step below and following these will give shoppers the £65 game for below £40.

Here’s what you have to do:

  • Sign up to Top Cashback via this link here.
  • Search for Game as the retailer on Top Cashback and press ‘Get up to 20% Cashback’
  • That will take buyers through to Game, where Battlefield 6 can be pre-ordered as normal
  • The cash will be deposited in shoppers Top Cashback accounts a couple of days later

Buying via Top Cashback doesn’t exclude gamers from existing pre-order deals either, so that means that the Tombstone Pack (which includes skins, stickers, charms and other bits) is still included, as standard for the pre-order.

Game isn’t the only retailer that’s selling Battlefield 6, it’s also available at Argos for £59.99, or it’s on sale at Amazon for the same price, but because of Top Cashback’s offer, it’s cheaper from Game than other retailers.

Battlefield 6 launches on October 10, so there isn’t long to wait. The game will come with a fresh new campaign that promises to cover a full range of different landscapes, where gamers will join the Marine Raiders as Dagger 13 to fend off Pax Armata, getting to play across different character classes.

Multiplayer is what most gamers will be looking for, with the promise of a new combat system and loads of different gaming modes and that destructive environment that made Battlefield games famous in the first place.

Battlefield is available for PS5, Xbox Series X and PC, in standard editions as well as the Phantom Edition, which includes access to the Phantom Pack, including Phantom Squad and exclusive weapon packs, as well as more XP Boosts.
