Princess Kate hires top team to 'work around the clock' on secret plan for royal return

Princess Kate has brought back two former aides who are are said to be “working around the clock” on a secret plan for her return to the frontline of royal duties, an insider has claimed.

Kate will be returning to public life later this spring after some months off following major abdominal surgery in January, with the Princess requesting privacy while she recovered.

She has not been seen out in public with the Royal Family since Christmas Day last year at Sandringham, but was snapped out at a farm shop in Windsor with Prince William last Saturday.

The Mirror has reported that two former aides with experience in public relations have been consulted about her comeback and how her new schedule could work as she juggles work and motherhood.

Kate’s new private secretary Lieutenant Colonel Tom White, who took up his role in January, is also part of the team tasked with helping her out.

Another member of the team is Prince William’s private secretary Ian Patrick, who once worked as a diplomat and has now joined the senior team.

The source told The Mirror: “They all know that the world will be watching after weeks of heightened speculation and often outlandish commentary on social media.”

This news comes just hours after video footage was released of Kate and William visiting a farm shop in Windsor on Saturday, where she was dressed down in a jumper and leggings and looked happy and relaxed.
