Princess Kate ‘happy and carefree’ in recent outing as ‘energy levels’ peak

Princess Kate Middleton has been spotted out in public for the first time since being hospitalized in January, and one body language expert said it’s “a reassuring statement about her health.”

Kate was spotted out with Prince William at the Windsor Farm Shop on Saturday, as seen in footage from The Sun.

Photos from the outing show the Prince and Princess of Wales looking “happy, relaxed, and healthy.”

Body language expert Judi James said exclusively to Daily Express that the new video seems to show Kate doing very well following her emergency abdominal surgery in January.

James said: “This is a genuinely jaw-dropping appearance that looks almost too good to be true for fans who have been naturally worried about Kate’s health and happiness.”

Kate and William also reportedly spent Saturday with their children – Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5 – at various sport activities.

In January, Kensington Palace announced that Kate would not be involved in any royal engagements until after Easter due to her surgery.

A statement from the palace’s account on X read: “The surgery was successful, and it is expected that she will remain in hospital for ten to fourteen days, before returning home to continue her recovery. Based on the current medical advice, she is unlikely to return to public duties until after Easter.”

William also took a brief break from his public duties to help Kate recover and rest.

However, rumors started to spread about Kate’s disappearance from the spotlight after William missed a public service in February for “personal reasons” and Kate released an altered photo of her and her children on Mother’s Day.

Several agencies claimed the photo had been manipulated and it was subsequently pulled by several outlets.

In a statement to X on March 11 to address the scandal, Kate said: “Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day.”

Kensington Palace has not commented on the photo controversy.
