A pregnant Princess Beatrice was planning to spend Christmas with her in-laws abroad but will now spend the festive period with the Royal Family at Sandringham.
Under doctor’s orders, Beatrice has been told to stay at home in the UK, in case travelling endangers her baby.
For the first time since marrying Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, the princess was planning to spend the holidays with her property tycoon husband’s family for the first time.
Beatrice, 36, is in the final few months of her pregnancy with her second child, and is expecting the baby “in early spring”.
