The PR guru also suggested that the couple should “direct their efforts on projects that have the greatest chances of garnering prestige and public support” and warned them to steer clear of any attacks against the royals.
He explained: “If Meghan and Harry did a show where they interview celebrities or other globally respected individuals, it would immediately keep them relevant.
“For the foreseeable future, I would not recommend they ruffle any more feathers in the royal family. A period of calm and quiet will suit them well.”
The PR expert also urged the Sussex pair to “roll up their sleeves and start writing and producing noteworthy films and TV series”.
McCormick added: “If Harry took on a dramatic role in a prominent show and received critical praise, it would open a lot of new doors for him.
“Meghan and Harry need to do more things to prolong public interest.”
