Two new Evercade cartridges are available to pre-order from participating retailers.
Fresh off the back of the recent reveal, the Atari Arcade 2 cartridge and Tomb Raider Collection 2 are available to pre-order now.
Available from the Funstock website, the Tomb Raider Collection 2 can be pre-ordered for £24.99, while Atari Arcade 2 is on sale for £19.99.
A must for retro gaming fans, the new cartridges will be delivered to pre-order customers from April 25.
However, based on previous Evercade releases – including recent cartridges such as Toaplan Arcade Collection 4 – the games may be sold out before the April release date.
Indeed, it’s worth pre-ordering now, or risk having to pay more when the games are out of stock or delisted altogether.
While the first Tomb Raider Collection is still reasonably easy to get hold of, all of the previous Atari Evercade cartridges are listed as “Legacy” releases on the company’s website.
This means they’re no longer in production, and can only be purchased on auction sites like eBay, or from retailers such as CEX.
If you have any interest in collecting for Evercade, then the Atari cartridge is definitely worth pre-ordering.
Tomb Raider Collection 2 contains Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation and Tomb Raider: Chronicles, as well as a special bonus level for Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation.
The Atari Arcade 2 collection, on the other hand, contains the likes of Berzerk, Frenzy, Fire Truck and lots more.
