Patrick Ricard’s wife summed up her excitement about the fullback’s free agency signing with the Giants in just three words.

“So. Damn. Proud,” Haley Ricard exclaimed Tuesday on her Instagram Story, shortly after news emerged the ex-Raven is flying north to reunite with Baltimore’s former coach, John Harbaugh, in New York.

An undrafted free agent out of Maine, Ricard signed with the Ravens in 2017 and has appeared in 132 career games with 66 starts.

He earned six Pro Bowl nods during his time in Baltimore and was named to First-team All-Pro in 2024. He made Second-team All-Pro in 2023 and 2025.

Ricard’s deal with the Giants is believed to be a two-year pact, according to reports.

When Ricard, 31, arrives at the Meadowlands, he’ll be greeted by some familiar faces.

The Giants agreed to terms with fellow Ravens alum Isaiah Likely and Jordan Stout. Tight end Likely is getting a three-year, $40 million deal, while Stout will become the highest-paid punter in the league on a three-year, $12.3 million contract.

The team has also agreed to terms with safety Ar’Darius Washington.

The Giants’ makeover under Harbaugh is well underway, with the team saying farewell to free agents Wan’Dale Robinson, Daniel Bellinger and Cor’Dale Flott this week. All landed with the Titans, home to former Giants head coach and current Tennessee offensive coordinator Brian Daboll.

Harbaugh, 63, was named head coach of the Giants in January following his stunning ouster from Baltimore after 18 seasons.

Although Ricard enjoyed much success under Harbaugh in Baltimore, he also marked several personal milestones there.

Ricard married Haley in February 2020 before welcoming daughter Emerson Rhea in March 2024.

Emerson attended her first Ravens game in September 2024.
