Norfolk Police 'ignored' 999 call made one hour before dad and two daughters found dead

Norfolk Police has referred itself to the police watchdog after failing to attend a 999 call one hour before a dad was found dead alongside his two daughters in their Norwich home – along with another woman who does not live at the address.

The bodies of Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, and his two young daughters were found inside the house in Costessey, near Norwich, alongside that of an unnamed 36-year-old woman.

Norfolk Police confirmed that officers did not attend the address until a second call was made from a member of the public at 7am, despite receiving a call from a man at the address where the bodies were found at 6am.
