With four Nets 2025 first-round picks not named Egor Dëmin, which ones look like rotation pieces? When the Nets are sputtering with too many turnovers and too few good looks, to whom are they turning?
So far, the answer to both questions is Nolan Traore.
Besides Dëmin, Traore has shown the most promise of the Flatbush Five. And he entered Friday’s game against the Pistons off back-to-back strong games — including his first start of the season Tuesday in Boston.
“Just keep attacking the paint, keep using my speed and just make great plays for my teammates. That’s it,” said Traore. “Touching the paint. When I come off the pick-and-roll, I can make great reads. That’s what we needed, and now we got it, so it’s nice.”
