Nigel Farage said in a new bombshell video that the sky is the limit for Reform UK.
The politician posted a montage on his X account, which featured recent developments for the party since the General Election in July.
It started with its five MPs – Lee Anderson, Rupert Lowe, James McMurdock, Richard Tice and Mr Farage – outside the Palace of Westminster after their election.
Then it featured Reform UK creating its first-party group on a council in Wales after three Independent councillors in Torfaen joined Mr Farage’s band.
One of them can be heard saying: “We believe in the party’s focus on common sense policies, the economy, and the fact that we can put local communities first.”
The video includes clips from Reform UK’s party conference earlier in the year, with the former UKIP leader, Mr Lowe, Mr Tice, and the party’s Chairman, Zia Yusuf, speaking on stage.
Then, clips of the press conference announcing Dame Jenkyns’s defection from the Conservative Party to Reform UK are shown.
Next, Mr Farage reminded his followers that Tim Montgomerie, the founder of Conservative Home, had joined his party.
Finally, viewers were reminded that Reform UK overtook Labour in national polling last week.
Research by pollsters at FindOutNow found that Nigel Farage’s party had 24%, one point above Labour’s 23%.
In a caption accompanying the video, Reform UK’s leader: “We can change the future of British politics. The sky is the limit for our movement.”
It comes as Nigel Farage’s Reform UK has appeared to shut the door firmly on any idea of a pact with the Conservative Party – just days after a member of the shadow cabinet seemed to float the idea.
