This “gripping” thriller series on Netflix is receiving rave reviews and has a perfect 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Secrets We Keep is a Danish drama that tells the story of a disappearance and a web of secrets.

The series synopsis reads: “When her neighbor’s au pair goes missing, Cecilie is compelled to personally investigate but as she uncovers the truth, her perfect world falls apart.”

Secrets We Keep was created by Ingeborg Topsøe and stars Marie Bach Hansen, Excel Busano and Danica Curcic.

The series has been receiving positive reviews and with a 100% rating from Rotten Tomatoes, it joins an elite club.

A Google reviewer described the series as “superb” and said: “The way the plot is revealed in the slowest possible manner while still holding the viewer’s attention is impressive.”

“It’s a must watch series. All of the acting was tremendous,” added another.

An IMDb user review reads: “Secrets We Keep is a masterclass in suspense, blending psychological tension with emotional depth in a way that lingers long after the credits roll.

“Directed by the visionary, this thriller dives into the shadows of guilt, and the dangerous truths high profile people hide-even from themselves.”

Another IMDb user wrote: “Secrets We Keep is probably the best Danish series I’ve ever watched.”

A Reddit user commented: “It was eerie throughout, beautifully shot, and yet so painfully realistic at the same time.

“All of the characters were interesting and kept evolving and showing more and more depth, really keeping you on your toes up to the very end.”

Collider wrote in its review: “Secrets We Keep sets out to be a blend of thriller and drama, pulp and light social observation. It’s an easily digestible balance of all of these. The result is an intelligent, engaging, and even darkly fun miniseries.”

The Secrets We Keep is streaming right now on Netflix.
