Several people were shot at an indoor ice rink in Rhode Island on Monday afternoon during a youth boys hockey game, according to reports.
The number of wounded was not immediately known, but the suspect in the broad daylight shooting was pronounced dead at the scene, WPRI reports.
The shooting was reported at Lynch Arena in Pawtucket, RI. The arena is home ice for the Johnson and Wales Wildcats hockey team.

An employee at a nearby Walgreens told news outlet Target 12 that people came streaming into the store following the shooting to report the incident.
The employee said they were instructed to close the store and evacuate the building. People then hid inside the store as a staff member called 911.
This is a developing story.
