The monster charged with throwing his girlfriend and the couple’s baby girl from a 15-story balcony wore a sinister grin as he was led out of a Big Apple police station in shackles Thursday.

“Coward! Coward!” bystanders shouted at Angel Carrasco, who showed no remorse as he smiled at the crowd. “I hope they f—ing kill your ass in jail.”

Carrasco, 31, is charged in the death of 23-year-old Nathaly Rarmirez, who was thrown from a balcony at 2550 Olinville Ave. in the Bronx around 3:40 a.m. Tuesday – while she clutched 8-month-old Angel Novalty Carrasco-Ramirez, who miraculously survived the fall.

The tiny tot continues to cling to life at Jacobi Hospital.

He was nabbed by US Marshals and NYPD cops Wednesday nigh.

Law enforcement sources said Carrasco showed up at Ramirez’s apartment with flowers to try to reconcile after he was twice busted for domestic violence incidents there.

When the gesture failed, Carrasco allegedly flew into a rage and threw Ramirez and his daughter off the balcony before fleeing the scene, the sources said.

Carrasco was also previously arrested for allegedly sending threatening text messages to another ex. NYPD

“I heard someone shouting, ‘Jump!’ It was a male voice,” neighbor Robin Mendzies told The Post Wednesday. “Then I heard a big thud and a woman wailing, ‘No, please, no!’ It sounded like she was begging for an inevitable thing not to happen.”

Carrasco was twice busted after two domestic violence incidents involving Ramirez in January, including charges that he broke into her apartment three days after he allegedly slapped her twice when she objected to him chatting up an ex.

He was also previously arrested for allegedly sending threatening text messages to another ex.

Ramirez graduated from Bronx Leadership Academy High School in the Bronx and attended Baruch College. She worked at Lishawn Consulting in Manhattan, where a rep described her as “a rising star” and “very hardworking.”
