Mike Tindall left in stitches as daughter Lena shows she's just as cheeky as Prince Louis

Mike Tindall could be seen having a hearty laugh at his daughter as she made adorable faces at him during yesterday’s royal Christmas walk.

The ex-rugby player joined his in-laws as they took part in the classic Sandringham walk to church on Christmas morning. His two daughters, Mia, nine and five-year-old Lena, took part in the walk alongside the rest of the Royal Family.

Royal fans were quick to notice Mia as she stole the show by holding Prince Louis’ hand, but may have missed the adorable moments between Lena and her father. The middle Tindall child brought a smile to her father’s face on several occasions throughout the stroll with her hilarious faces and cheeky antics.

At one point, she could be seen making a goofy face at him, cracking a wide smile from Mike. And later, he couldn’t help but smile as she tugged on his arm.

Looking very smart in a beige jacket with a bow belt and pink headband, Lena was kept under firm control by Zara as well as her husband – but still managed to get a few twirls in, delighting onlookers.

Meanwhile, Mia Tindall looked delighted to be walking front and centre with the Wales family.

She wore a burgandy coat with a large flower in her hair as they made the short walk from Sandringham House to St Mary Magdalene.

The youngsters could be seen grinning as they walked past the crowds, with Mia frequently turning to check on how little Louis was doing.

The Wales family and Mia walked behind the King and Queen, who were greeted by about a thousand local residents, many of whom had waited hours on Christmas morning to catch a glimpse of the family. They were joined by a large contingent of senior royals.

This included Princess Anne, her husband Sir Timothy Laurence, Lady Louise Windsor, the Earl of Snowdon David Armstrong-Jones and Samuel Chatto, all of whom were seen wearing a festive present from the King himself.

However there were some controversial additions to the walk. For the second year in a row, Prince Andrew was part of the procession after being stripped of his royal titles. And his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson made histroy by taking part in the walk, which is normally reserved for close family.

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie and their respective husbands followed close behind.
