Meghan Markle's striking balloon midi skirt leaves everyone saying the same thing

Meghan Markle looked sensational as she stepped out with Prince Harry in Jamaica last night and royal fans seem to have approved her look.

The Duchess of Sussex looked chic in a striking and bespoke Carolina Herrera black Chalet silk skirt which she paired with either a black tank top or a black bodysuit with a wide neckline and open back.

She accessorised the look with the Jimmy Choo black ‘J Box’ Clutch (£824) and the Jennifer Meyer large 18K gold hammered disc earrings (£2,553), her Cartier ‘Love’ bangle (£7,050.00) and Lorraine Schwartz emerald cut diamond pinky ring as well as her wedding ring stack.

It seems like fashion fans loved the look and gave the duchess their royal seal of approval. Some of them took to social media to give their praise.

One user wrote on Instagram: “Absolutely gorgeous. She looks chic, classic. The styling is perfect. She looks great!!” while another one said: “I feel like she’s going to pull this skirt back out in 15 years with a tuxedo shirt and pull a Diane Keaton and rock it. Really love this timeless look.”

A third one added: “Definitely a hit. The skirt is beautiful. I think a simple tank top she’s wearing goes well with the skirt.”

A fourth one commented: “Simple, chic, elegant [heart emoji]”, while a fifth one opined: “She is gorgeous. Love the clean and chick look. Meghan does simple sophistication very well.”

A sixth one said: “Ooooh, I love this!! Haven’t seen spaghetti straps done so elegantly in a long time. This is fresh and sophisticated, she looks amazing.”

The royal couple attended the premiere of Bob Marley: One Love at the Carib 5 theatre in Cross Roads, St. Andrew, ahead of the film’s release on February 14.

Their visit was dubbed “controversial” by many, after they were pictured wth Jamaican prime minister Holness and his wife, Juliet.

Mr Holness have been very open about wanting his country to cut ties with the British monarchy and his Government is currently pressing ahead with plans to become a Republic and remove the King as head of state.
