Meghan Markle warned 'there's no coming back in the UK' as popularity at 'rock bottom’

Meghan Markle is trying to give her image a makeover, but it’s been four years, and it may be too late, claimed one royal expert.

Richard Fitzswilliams appeared on GB News, and said: “If in fact, she is seeking to rehabilitate her reputation, here and in Europe, I mean, I simply don’t see it.”

It appears the Duchess is struggling in both the US, where she lives and on this side of the pond.

The royal expert claimed: “The point, firstly is, her reputation, well, the Sussexes are far, far less popular in the United States, but as far as Britain is concerned, they have been at rock bottom for a very long time, for four years they have caused enormous problems for the Royal Family.”

“And people people don’t simply just forget that.”

Meghan has reportedly hired a UK-based PR person, and it’s raising some questions, like, “Why now?” – a royal expert asked.

Pandora Forsyth appeared on GB News, saying this is the first time Prince Harry and Meghan will have a UK-based employee since leaving the UK in 2020.

Ms Forsyth finds the timing puzzling, saying, “Why now? Why the business change?”

GB News host Anne Diamond says the PR person may want to suggest that the Sussexes spend some time in the UK, that might be the first step in winning the public over.
