Meghan Markle has taken to her Instagram story to share a video of Prince Harry showing off his dance moves at the 2025 Invictus Games.
The Games, which are currently underway in Vancouver, Canada, officially began on Saturday (February 8).
Since unveiling her new Instagram account on New Year’s Day, Meghan has shared very little of her husband – but has now posted some behind-the-scenes footage from the major annual event.
The couple met with the athletes and Harry performed a playful dance while participants waited in line up for pictures.
Meanwhile, in other clips shared by Meghan, she could be seen beaming as she was filmed taking photographs with the Ladies USA team.
For the first day, Meghan donned a simple black dress beneath a sophisticated long cream jacket.
Looking equally as sophisticated, Harry stepped out in a suave suit with a navy tie.
In a host of other videos shared on Meghan’s Instagram story, the pair can be seen interacting and hugging with the athletes, riding in a gold buggy and posing for pictures.
Prior to the opening ceremony, and just hours after they’d touched down in Canada, Harry and Meghan took to the stage to cheers for the week ahead.
Meghan, 43, gave Harry, 40, an intimate kiss on stage after introducing her husband in an impromptu, but lengthy, address.
Standing behind Harry, Meghan can be seen sporting a long brown dress in a video obtained by The Sun.
The Invictus Games – which are an international multi-sport event aimed at wounded, injured and sick Armed Forces personnel and veterans – have previously been held in London in 2014, in Orlando in 2016, Toronto in 2017, Sydney in 2018, The Hague in 2022 and Dusseldorf in 2023.
