Meghan Markle has been brutally trolled on Fox News by two TV hosts.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, announced she had rebranded her lifestyle business last week, with the brand having been changed from American Riviera Orchard to As Ever.
While Meghan looked delighted to announce the upcoming launch of her brand, some people were less than impressed, including businesses who shared the same name and the Spanish town Porreres, which has a similar coat of arms.
Speaking about the criticism faced by the duchess so far regarding her new As Ever brand, Fox News host Raymond Arroyo made some savage remarks about Meghan’s business venture.
He said: “As Ever is already the name of a New York based clothing line in existence since 2015. It’s unbelievable. Her logo isn’t even original.”
He continued: “The Duchess of Sussex can’t help but create anything that doesn’t ‘suck’-ex.
“There’s only thing left for her to launch, a Montecito consignment store called ‘Has Been’.”
Arroyo also went on to talk about Meghan’s upcoming Netflix show, which is set to launch on March 4.
The show is set to focus on the duchess as she cooks meals for celebrity friends including Mindy Kaling and Abigail Spencer.
Discussing this, the Fox News host said: “She’s going to cook, the only thing not on the menu is humble pie apparently. She should do something on family relations and how to destroy them.”
Fellow Fox News host Laura Ingraham was seen laughing as Arroyo delivered his damning opinions on Meghan’s upcoming business ventures.
While the duchess has received a lot of similar criticism from people across the globe, she has also received support from fans.
One wrote on X: “I’m just soooooo excited Meg is doing her thing! Live in joy!”
Another said: “Meghan Markle has rebranded her company and we have to admit we definitely love this new name. It feels more filled with heart and love!”
