Meghan Markle avoids eye-contact with Prince Harry as she’s more focused on other people

Meghan Markle avoids eye contact with her husband, Prince Harry and “wants to know who is looking at her”, claims a dating coach and psychology expert who has analysed the footage of the duo on the ski slopes in Canada.

Meghan, 42, and Harry, 39, are on a three-day trip to Canada for the launch of the winter Invictus Games, attending the ‘One Year to Go’ event.

As the couple kicked off the event on day one, they were seen meeting managers, coaches and competitors experiencing the adaptive sports.

Adam Lyons said: “You notice that Meghan doesn’t look at Harry, she looks at everyone else around her. She wants to know who is looking at her, who cares about her and how important she is.”

On arrival, the couple walked hand-in-hand and greeted Invictus CEO, Scott Moore, with Harry later having a go at the sit skiing.

The psychology expert commented on the event and the former actress: “This once again is just showing that she [Meghan] wants everyone to make her the focus of attention and she wants to make sure she’s acknowledging and looking for who’s looking at her.”

Speaking about Prince Harry’s response and body language towards his wife, the expert said Prince Harry was “constantly checking in” on Meghan to make sure “she’s OK” – which is a good sign in a relationship.

The couple then spent time chatting with trainees in the sunshine, asking them thoughtful questions about what sports they were most enjoying.

After 45 minutes they headed inside to meet other participants so that the Duke could meet with those who needed a more comfortable and secure setting.

At the end of the first day, the couple left in a white keep, with Meghan waving to a crowd who had gathered to sing God Save the King in praise of the Sussexes.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex touched down in Vancouver, Canada, before travelling via private jet to the Whistler resort to mark the one year to go until the Invictus Games 2025.

Prince Harry also sat down for a televised interview with Good Morning America on Friday and discussed his father’s cancer diagnosis for the first time.

Harry said: “The fact that I was able to get on a plane and go and see him and spend any time with him I’m grateful for that.”

He went on to say that he loves his family and believes the cancer diagnosis could spark reconciliation for him and the rest of the family.

The interview comes a week after announcements from Harry and Meghan, who faced backlash after relaunching their Archewell website as ‘The Office of Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’.
