Harry has shared sweet memories of Meghan’s first time meeting the Queen.
In his book Spare, he says it was “all very pleasant” and the Queen seemed “pleased” and gave Meghan a “warm smile”.
Meghan has always said lovely things about the Queen, telling Oprah in their famous 2021 interview, “The Queen, for example, has always been wonderful to me.
“I mean, we had one of our first joint engagements together. She asked me to join her, and I went on the train. And we had breakfast together that morning and she gave me a beautiful gift and I just really loved being in her company”.
