McDonald’s customers will have to say farewell to five items from the menu – including a popular meal, two burgers, dessert and the loved McFlurry. The removals are part of the fast food chain’s big menu change, which will take place May 6.

The Minecraft Meal, which is labelled as the first McDonald’s “adult Happy Meal” will no longer be available for customers. The meal which costs £8.19 and £3.99 for the Happy Meal version, was available from March 26 and features one of six exclusive toys made for adults. Additionally, customers will have to say bye to the Mars McFlurry. The ice cream treat topped with the delicious chocolate and caramel sauce is offered in a regular size, costing £2.19, and a mini one at £1.69. Two burgers are also getting the axe.

The Philly Cheese Stack, layered with two beef burgers, cheese sauce, a cheese slice, grilled onions, and pickles, and finished with a toasted bun, sets fans back £5.29 or £6.99 if they opt for a medium meal – but they will have to wave goodbye.

The second burger making an exit is the McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse. The limited-edition burger featured a crispy chicken breast, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, red onion and lettuce, served in a sourdough bun topped with sesame seeds.

The burger alone cost £5.79, while a meal is priced at £7.29.

The final item being cut is the Raspberry and White Chocolate Pie which cost £1.99. The sweet treat first made an appearance in Feburary 2024, and often comes back for occasions such as Valentine’s Day.

While fans will have to say goodbye to their favourites, it doesn’t mean that they will never make a return. The fast food chain will also introduce new items to its menus as well as bring back four loved ones.

The new Frank’s Red Hot Mayo dip costing 50p and Frozen Cherry Lemonade, priced at £2.99 will be making their way onto the menus from May 7.

And the well missed Biscoff McFlurry, Biscoff Frape, McSpicy x Frank’s Red Hot and Steakhouse Stack are making their big return to menus.
