McDonald’s new menu in full as chicken Big Mac replaces fan favourite today

McDonald’s fans can get their hands on a host of new menu items from today, April 17.

The fast-food chain is known for frequently switching up its menu by removing long-standing favourites to welcome fresh recipes.

In the latest change to its offering in UK restaurants, McDonald’s has welcomed 12 new products ranging from stacked burgers to irresistible McFlurry’s.

Available from 11 am this morning, the Spring menu includes a Chicken Big Mac, Biscoff McFlurry and Quarter Pounder Deluxe.

While the menu will make its debut today, hungry fans only have until May 9 to try it.

McDonald’s new menu

Chicken Big Mac

This brand-new burger is made with two deliciously crispy coated chicken patties made with 100 percent chicken breast meat, a slice of cheese, lettuce, pickles and of course, Big Mac sauce. The burger is available on its own for £4.69 or as a meal for £6.49.

Cheese and Herb Melts

Cheese and Herb Melts have replaced halloumi fries on the menu and can be purchased in quantities of five of 15 (£2.89 or £7.09). The bites are made with a blend of mozzarella and Emmental cheese, in a herb coating served with a rich tomato dip.

Quarter Pounder Deluxe

Available on its own for £4.89 or as a meal for £6.59, the deluxe item is a fresh take on the classic quarter pounder burger.

McFlurry’s – Biscoff and Galaxy Chocolate

Two new McFlurry flavours have landed today, one made with the famous speculoos Biscoff and the other, silky Galaxy chocolate. Both cost £1.99 and are available in a “mini” version for £1.59.

Biscoff Pie and Galaxy Caramel Pie

The signature apple pie has been given a makeover this month too, with a Biscoff and Galaxy Caramel version available to try from today. Both can be purchased for £1.99 each and feature the classic crispy coating with a delicious flavoured filling.

Biscoff Frappe

McDonald’s has added a new Lotus Biscoff Frappe to their menus today. Fans of the biscuity flavour are sure to love the Biscoff return after it featured as a McFlurry last year.

Fans of the fast food chain took to X, formerly Twitter to share their excitement over the new menu. Many people were anticipating the launch of the Chicken Big Mac.

One person wrote: “Rah chicken Big Mac is coming back…welpppp that’s me done before summer even started.”

Another said: “I need to go to the nearest McDonald’s and grab that chicken Big Mac for real.”
