A stranger punched an 81-year-old woman in the face during an argument on a Queens street last week, police said.
The senior citizen was standing outside a Salvation Army in Jackson Heights when the jerk walked up and began a verbal tiff with her around 7:45 a.m. Thursday near 86-07 35 Ave., cops said.
The loon then socked the victim in the head — leaving her with pain and minor lacerations — before fleeing the area.

Medics took the woman to NYC Health + Hospital/Elmhurst, where she was listed in stable condition.
The NYPD released a photo of the suspect showing him wearing a white T-shirt and white baseball cap.
