Mohammed Fahir Amaaz, 20, and his brother Muhammad Amaad, 26, are accused of assaulting police officers during a violent incident at Manchester Airport.
Amaaz is alleged to have attacked a man at a Starbucks before turning on officers, punching three of them and knocking one unconscious.
Amaad is accused of joining the fray and hitting one officer six times as police struggled to bring them under control.
Bodycam and CCTV footage shown in court captured the full incident, which left PC Lydia Ward with a broken nose. Both brothers deny the charges, and the trial continues at Liverpool Crown Court.
