Bodycam footage captured the moment a naked man shot a flamethrower at cops as they tried to serve an eviction notice at an Oklahoma apartment.

Deputies from the Oklahoma Sheriff’s Department served the eviction order just before noon on Aug. 11 at an apartment on South Harvey Avenue in Oklahoma City.

The wild video shows three officers gathered outside the apartment before kicking down a door blocked by a large object while repeatedly ordering the person inside to open up.

The officers then cautiously make their way through the dark apartment, using flashlights to search inside as they announce themselves.

As they enter a darkened room, their flashlights reveal the naked man sitting in a chair holding a device, and the officers repeatedly tell him to put down the object.

Seconds later, the suspect is seen igniting a makeshift flamethrower using aerosal spray as a burst of fire explodes toward the officers during the confrontation, according to ABC5.

Police then evacuated the entire building so a bomb squad could safely disable and remove the device.

The suspect was detained and initially taken to a Veterans Affairs hospital for medical stress before being transferred to a mental facility, the outlet reported.

He now faces several charges, including assault, obstruction, and use of explosives.
