Baking bread doesn’t have to be a laborious job, it can be as simple as relying on one of the must-have kitchen appliances.
Irish food blogger Rachel Hornibrook shared how she created simple and delicious bagels with just three ingredients.
Striving for minimal fuss, the bagel dough doesn’t require any proving time and can be cooked in the air fryer.
A surprising ingredient addition to the recipe is Greek yoghurt, which can help boost the bagel’s protein value.
In a TikTok video from January, Rachel said: “Here’s how to make these easy air fryer bagels, they are so good, they’re high in protein and they’re so easy to make.
“They have just three main ingredients, some yoghurt, self-raising flour and salt.”
Rachel’s video has been viewed over 15,800 times, receiving 390 likes and a number of comments.
One person said: “Definitely want to try.”
Clara agreed: “This look really good!”
What’s great about Rachel’s recipe is that the toppings can be adapted to your own personal preferences.
This is how you can make bagels in under half an hour.
