Major Princess Kate update as 'three London Clinic staff members under investigation'

Three members of staff at the London Clinic are reportedly being investigated for allegedly trying to access Royal Family medical records.

Although hospital bosses have refused to comment on the exact nature of the investigation, including how many people are involved – that the trio of staff at the Marylebone hospital in central London are facing disciplinary action, ITV reports.

Princess Kate has been made aware of the update, as is standard procedure with any patient. It is not known whether they are also being probed in relation to King Charles’s private medical information.

The Chief Executive of the London Clinic, Al Russell, previously said: “There is no place at our hospital for those who intentionally breach the trust of any of our patients or colleagues. We take enormous pride in the outstanding care and discretion we aim to deliver for all our patients that put their trust in us every day.

“We have systems in place to monitor management of patient information and, in the case of any breach, all appropriate investigatory, regulatory and disciplinary steps will be taken.”
