Long queues are building on the M6 after a car overturned on the motorway.
Traffic was held between the M6 Northbound from J18 A54 Middlewich Road (Middlewich/Holmes Chapel) to J19 A556 (Knutsford) following the incident.
Travel service Inrix said: “All traffic being temporarily held and stationary traffic due to overturned car on M6 Northbound from J18 A54 Middlewich Road (Middlewich / Holmes Chapel) to J19 A556 (Knutsford).”
Two lanes reopened on the motorway just after 1pm. There are still long delays with two lanes shut.
