The M23 in Surrey has closed after a major multi vehicle smash.
The motorway is closed southbound between J9 (London Gatwick Airport) and J10 (Crawley) due to a multi-vehicle collision.
National Highways said: “Surrey Police, Surrey Fire and Rescue Service and South East Coast Ambulance Service are working at the scene of this multi-vehicle collision.
“National Highways Traffic Officers are also on scene and assisting the emergency services with traffic management.”
