A lorry fire has sparked travel chaos during rush hour on the M11 in Cambridgeshire this morning.
Emergency serivces including police and firefighters have rushed to the scene on the major motorway beween Junction 11 and Junction 12.
It is not currently known whether there have been any injuries as a result of the incident.
A post on the National Highways website reads: “The M11 northbound is closed between J11 Westfield Interchange ((Cambridge (S) A1309; Harston A10) and J12 Haggis Farm Interchange (Cambridge, Sandy A603) due to a lorry fire earlier.
“Cambridgeshire Police, Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue and National Highways Traffic Officers are attending.
“This is closure is causing delays of at least 60 minutes.”
