Long Island cops chased hooligans from town to town to thwart massive weekend street takeovers before finally nailing them wildly burning rubber and busting 15 of them.

The Suffolk County Police Department’s Street Takeover Task Force moved in on the scofflaws Saturday just after midnight as the road rabble-rousers shut down a street in Medford, where the reckless drivers were drag-racing and performing donuts, burnouts and even doing dangerous stunts in middle of the street, officials said.

Police had been tracking the group since Friday night and successfully prevented them from taking over locations in both Islip and Patchogue that same night.

But the relentless rogues refused to give up and eventually made their way to Medford, where they succeeded in completely taking over Woodside Avenue, cops said.

It wasn’t long before the task force got word of the takeover in Medford and rushed to the scene.

Photos shared by police show smoke billowing from a vehicle appearing to do donuts in the middle of the street.

It is unclear how many people attended or participated in the takeover or the prior attempts earlier in the night, but police busted 15 people, with the youngest among them being five 18-year-olds, and snatched away seven of their vehicles, cops said.

Eight of those busted are from Nassau County: Alexander Lopes, 18, Marvin Chavez, 18, and Ahad Hotaki, 19, all from Hicksville; Djurabe Edmond, 18, and Jose Mendozagua, 19, both of Westbury, and Declan Tymon, 18, of Lynbrook, Johnathan Edouard, 22, of Roosevelt and Jeremy Geevarghese, 22, of North Bellmore, according to police.

Four more of those arrested are from Suffolk County: Amanda Tucker, 18, and Marcello Martinez, 21, both from North Babylon, and Frank Spingola, 21, of Deer Park and Joseph Wheeler, 23, of East Islip.

Three of those cuffed are from New York City: Zachaly Torresduran, 20, and Borys Lozanosanchez, 20, both of Manhattan, while Muzamil Hotaki, 20, is from Flushing, Queens.

Multiple traffic violations were issued as well, police said.
