The Princess of Wales appeared to make a sombre six-word remark to the Duchess of Edinburgh on the balcony on Remembrance Sunday, a lip reader has revealed.
Members of the Royal Family gathered together at the Cenotaph for a poignant service to remember fearless British soldiers who lost their lives fighting for our country.
While the King, Prince of Wales, Duke of Edinburgh and Princess Anne attended the service, Princess Kate and Sophie watched the ceremony from the central Foreign Office balcony.
According to The Sun’s lipreader Kayleigh Harris, Kate and Sophie appeared in deep conversation. She said Princess Kate turned to Sophie and said: “She will be supported in this.”
Although unclear what they were speaking about, Sophie replied: “Yes, and especially…”
