Police have responded to an incident at a block of flats in Kirkby, Merseyside, on Tuesday, as blood was reportedly spotted at the scene.
A cordon is in place across the entrance to Beech Rise and residents have been told they can’t leave the building. Accoridng to the Liverpool Echo, residents said blood is visible at the scene.
