King Charles 'willing to move mountains' to reunite with Prince Harry's children

King Charles is “willing to move mountains” to ensure he gets to see Prince Harry’s children, Prince Archie Harrison and Princess Lilibet Diana, this Christmas.

An insider shared that Charles is hoping for “peace and positivity” within his family, which means “everything to him”.

They said: “It pains him that he’s yet to meet Lilibet. He would love so much to spend time with Archie as well as Harry, whether it’s one-on-one or with Meghan there too.”

The source added that it would be “devastating” for Charles if Harry and Meghan Markle spent another Christmas away.

His Majesty reportedly “hoping they’ll relent and come to visit more often as a family of four”.

A source told Bella Magazine that Charles is “hardly in a position whereby he can hop on a plane to California.”

They suggested that the monarch would be “willing to move mountains” to meet the Sussexes at their chosen UK locations, even if other Royal Family members aren’t present.

The source added: “Charles still loves Harry greatly, and it’s his greatest hope that, at some point, they can put differences aside and move forward as a loving family.”

They suggested that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle that a heartfelt plea from the King to see his grandchildren could convince them to cross the Atlantic.

Harry and Meghan haven’t yet revealed their plans for this Christmas, but the source suggests they’re considering a visit to the Royal Family.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex last celebrated Christmas with the Royal Family at Sandringham Estate in 2018.

In 2019, they chose to spend the holiday season in America with Meghan’s mum, Doria Ragland.

They then stepped back from royal duties in 2020 and moved permanently to the US.

Royal expert Jennie Bond also expressed her wish for Harry and Meghan’s children to mingle with their cousins.

She envisioned Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet “running around with their many cousins, pulling crackers, opening presents” and “connecting with relatives”.

These remarks come amidst whispers that Harry and Meghan might accept a Christmas invitation from the King.

An insider recently speculated: “I can’t imagine the Sussexes would decline an invitation to spend time with His Majesty.”

However, they informed Closer Magazine: “As of yet, there have not been any invitations for the holidays.”
