Kiké Hernández is back, and so are California Post baseball writers Dylan Hernandez and Jack Harris on the latest episode of the Dodgers Post podcast.
This week, Dylan and Jack discuss the Dodgers’ recently improved play, the team’s win over the Colorado Rockies on Monday, and what they saw in Kiké Hernández’s season debut after he returned from offseason elbow injury.
They then zoom out, and recount Hernández’s rise as an influential figure in this era of Dodgers baseball, and how he has embraced his role on and off the field during his second stint with the team.
The two also detail Chris Taylor’s retirement (and the confusion that swirled before his official announcement on Sunday).

As always, they also make predictions for the upcoming week, and test each other with Dodgers trivia.
Plus, in an unplanned tangent, Dylan takes a trip down memory lane to the Yasiel Puig years.
