Quack, quack, quack.

Kenan Thompson flashed a “Mighty Ducks 4” script — after Disney rejected his co-star Emilio Estevez’s pitch for a fourth installment of the franchise — at the Anaheim Ducks game on Sunday.

In a clip shared by Sportsnet, Thompson, 47, wore a “Tyler” jersey in honor of his character, Russ Tyler, whom he played in 1994’s “D2: The Mighty Ducks” and 1996’s “D3: The Mighty Ducks,” as he held up the script from his seat in the stands.

The “SNL” star also led the stadium in a loud quack chant, which he documented in his own Instagram post.

“It’s good to be home. 🏒🥅 That game sure was MIGHTY!!!! GO DUCKS!!!!👏🏾🙌🏾,” Thompson wrote in his caption.

Thompson went to the ice hockey match at the Honda Center to celebrate Ducks forward Alex Killorn playing in his 1,000th NHL game. The Ducks won 4-3 against the Vegas Golden Knights.

In 2022, Thompson told ESPN how starring in “The Mighty Ducks” sparked his hockey fandom.

“It’s always been super-duper love. Hockey fans can get a little rowdy after the game and stuff, but they just want to shout out ‘The Mighty Ducks’ and tell me how much they meant to them, how it kept them motivated on their hockey paths,” he said in the interview. “It’s always been a lot of love.”

Estevez, who plays coach Gordon Bombay in the “Mighty Ducks” movies and the first season of the Disney+ series “The Mighty Ducks: Game Changer,” revealed on the “Happy Sad Confused” podcast last year that he wrote the script for “The Mighty Ducks 4,” but Disney rejected it.

“I wanted to make up for all of the disasters that happened on the ‘Game Changers’ series,” the 63-year-old actor said, explaining that his idea for the film involved “Coach Bombay coming back, being pulled back in by Josh Jackson’s character and Kenan Thompson’s character to coach a a new team — an expansion team for the professional women’s hockey league.”

“So it would be an all-girl team,” Estevez said. “Now when we discover Bombay, he’s coaching roller derby. And so he says, ‘My girls are going with me. They have to have a shot.’ And it was charming and contemporary and cool and again, organically of the moment.”

However, “Disney was like, ‘We don’t wanna pursue that,’ ” Estevez shared, noting that he doesn’t own the rights to the franchise.

Estevez exited the “Mighty Ducks” TV series in 2021 after only one season, with reports claiming that the reason was a disagreement about ABC Signature’s COVID-19 vaccination requirement.

However, Estevez, who was replaced by Josh Duhamel, said at the time that his departure was “nothing more than a good old fashioned contract dispute.”
