Justin Timberlake is trying to keep police body cam footage of his embarrassing Hamptons drunk driving bust under wraps, according to court records.

The 45-year-old “SexyBack” singer filed a complaint in Suffolk County Supreme Court in an attempt to block release of the video from his June 18, 2024 arrest, claiming that making the clip public would be “an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”

Timberlake was partying at the posh American Hotel in Sag Harbor when he was nabbed by cops and hit with a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Witnesses said the pop star and actor even nabbed another patron’s drink.

Timberlake was later sentenced to community service to settle the case – but is now trying to tie up some loose ends and save face by keeping the footage sealed.
