Jordon Hudson knew the significance of Oct. 3rd. At least she seemed to when she stepped out in a pink outfit for North Carolina’s football game on Saturday.

The 25-year-old wore a “Mean Girls” inspired pink satin two-piece while on the sidelines to support her 74-year-old boyfriend Bill Belichick as he coached the Tar Heels in what was a 37-26 loss to Notre Dame at Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill.

She wore a corset-like top with matching pink pants. Hudson paired her outfit with a championship ring on her finger and her trademark football-shaped purse.

Hudson also posed for a photo with Carolina’s mascot, Rameses.

In the 2004 movie, character Aaron Samuels asks Cady Heron what day it is, to which she says in a voiceover, “On October 3rd, he asked me what day it was.”

On the famed day, fans often wear pink to pay tribute to the scene.

The former cheerleader has stuck by Belichick’s side in his new career chapter and recently as his UNC football program was under investigation regarding its culture and climate.

Belichick’s son, Steve Belichick, left the program after he was embroiled in the investigation, in which lawyers were questioning people about whether he used drugs while at work, or gave drugs to at least one player.

The program’s probe also looked into whether staffers and players had sexual relations.

Steve Belichick’s resignation will go into effect on Oct. 27 when his medical leave ends, the school announced.

In the same announcement, Carolina said the school “has concluded a thorough and independent investigation into allegations related to culture and climate” within the football program. The probe found that “certain actions demonstrated a disregard for Carolina’s values and standards of conduct.” The actions “were isolated in scope and not a systemic failure.”

Yet the university did no specify what it found.

Steve Belichick’s resignation came two weeks after Mike Lombardi called it quits as the team’s general manager. He was also the subject of the investigation after a complaint from a former front office employee at the program.

The Tar Heels had an early 7-0 lead on Saturday. However, the Fighting Irish went on to come back, scoring five touchdowns and kicking two successful field goals.

Carolina is 2-2 this season and will travel to Pittsburgh next week.
