John Harbaugh shapes Giants, Jets fix defense

NFL free agency opened up on Monday, and several of the early splashes came in New York.

Giants head coach John Harbaugh showed his cards by signing his former Ravens tight end, Isaiah Likely, to a three-year, $40 million deal right at the start of the legal tampering period.

The trend of importing Harbaugh’s former players to New York continued when the Giants agreed to sign ex-Ravens punter Jordan Stout to a three-year contract for $12.3 million. The deal makes him the highest-paid punter in the NFL. In addition, former Ravens defensive back Ar’Darius Washington is reportedly signing a one-year deal with the Giants.

We are all creatures of habit at the end of the day, right?
