Joe Biden refuses to answer reporters' questions after recent explosive press conference

Joe Biden refused to answer any questions from reporters on Tuesday night after last week’s explosive press conference.

The president explicitly stated during a White House briefing that he would not take any questions as he approached the podium.

He said: “I’m not going to be taking any questions, but I’ll be taking questions tomorrow or the next day.

“But I don’t want anything to get in the way of this statement.”

He did not waver from the script as he spoke about the Senate passing the $95 billion foreign aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan.

He urged House Republicans to pass the bill and slammed those opposing it.

Biden concluded: “And I promise I’ll come back and answer questions later. Thank you.”

This comes days after Biden lashed out at reporters during a press conference where his mental acuity was questioned.

During a prime-time press conference at the White House on Thursday evening, President Biden engaged in a series of heated exchanges with reporters.

A Fox News correspondent asked: “Something the Special Counsel said in his report is that one of the reasons you were not charged is because, in his description, you are a ‘well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.'”

Biden snapped back: “I’m well-meaning, and I’m an elderly man and I know what the hell I’m doing. I’ve been president and I put this country back on its feet. I don’t need his recommendation.”

“They’ve expressed concerns about your mental acuity,” the reporter continued. “They say that you’re too old. Mr. President, you told me in December that you believe there are many Democrats who could defeat Donald Trump. So, why does it have to be you now?”

Biden again snapped back: “Because I’m the most qualified person in this country to be president of the United States and finish the job I started.”

During the same conference, Biden inadvertently confused the leaders of Egypt and Mexico while discussing the Israel-Gaza conflict.

The report by investigator Hur, appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland to probe Biden’s handling of classified materials, indicated a reluctance to pursue charges due to the perception of Biden as a sympathetic figure with memory issues, despite acknowledging his deliberate acquisition of said documents.

Hur’s findings also highlighted Biden’s fuzzy recollection of past terms in office and personal tragedies, contributing to ongoing concerns about his fitness for a second presidential term, particularly in light of recent verbal slips.
