Jason Oppenheim, the high-flying real estate mogul and star of Netflix’s hit “Selling Sunset,” has revealed his luxury $500,000 Rolls-Royce was stolen right out of his office parking lot in broad daylight.

The real estate titan dropped the bombshell at an event he hosted this week for Matt Mahan, a Democratic candidate for Governor of California, lamenting the state of safety in Los Angeles.

The gathering was thrown at Oppenheim’s LA office alongside Rick Caruso and District Attorney Nathan Hochman.

Oppenheim, known for brokering multi-million dollar deals for the Hollywood elite, said the brazen theft happened while he was at work.

“I had my car stolen last week out of the parking lot here—a $500,000 Rolls-Royce,” Oppenheim said in a video obtained by TMZ, sounding more frustrated with the city’s decline than the loss of the high-end wheels.

The real estate kingpin didn’t hold back on his feelings about the current climate in LA, citing shuttering businesses and a homeless crisis as signs that the city is slipping.

In a bizarre twist, Oppenheim noted that seeing similar luxury cars on the road now triggers a bit of PTSD.

Despite the jaw-dropping price tag of the vehicle, the broker insisted he wasn’t looking for a pity party. “Don’t feel sorry for me, it’s a Roller,” he said. “But still, you don’t want to deal with that.”

“If you know me, you know how much I love cars,” Oppenheim wrote in a 2023 Instagram post showing off his FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance electric car–which has a base price of $309,000.

In 2022, the car aficionado told Business Insider that if it’s above 70 degrees outside, he drives his 1966 Ford Bronco. “But if it’s below 70 degrees, I take my Bentley.”

A report was filed on March 16, but police said they have no leads on the stolen Rolls-Royce.
