“It Ends With Us” author Colleen Hoover is battling cancer.

The 46-year-old writer shared in an Instagram story Monday that she’s undergoing treatment at Texas Oncology.

“Second to last day of radiation,” Hoover wrote alongside a mirror selfie of herself in a hospital gown. “I wish I could blame my hair and facial expressions on @texas.oncology, but they’ve been great. Hope you never need them, but highly recommend them.”

Hoover has not revealed what type of cancer she has.

The Post reached out to Hoover’s rep for comment.

Hoover revealed her cancer diagnosis on Facebook in December.

In the post, which was shared by content creator Katyinkc, Hoover said she experienced “recurring health issues” while she was in Canada on the set of the upcoming film adaptation of her book “Reminders of Him.”

She decided to “put off” the health issues “until the movie was finished,” but “when I returned home, I found out I had cancer,” Hoover wrote.

The author said her cancer had been “removed through surgery” and that she needed radiation but not chemotherapy.

“So while it felt huge and scary for a bit, and I had to miss out on the ‘Regretting You’ premiere and some other important career and personal moment, I just wasn’t ready to share with anyone until I knew what the outcome would be,” Hoover shared.

Hoover revealed in October that she would have to miss the premiere of “Regretting You” — the 2025 film adaptation of her 2019 novel starring Allison Williams and Dave Franco — because she was having “an unavoidable surgery.”

“I’ll live vicariously through you guys,” she wrote. “So sad to miss this movie release and premiere, but so grateful to all the actors and the team who put this together.”

Then, in a Jan. 9 Facebook post, Hoover said, “I got results back today from the geneticist that say my cancer did not come from family genes. It also didn’t come from the two main causes of the cancer, which are HPV and excessive hormones.”

“This means it was more than likely environmental/lifestyle, which is lack of exercise, poor diet and stress,” she continued. “I’m happy and grateful to be alive, but I hate vegetables. I hate when I have to get off the couch. I hate sweating. I hate when science is right.”

Hoover, who was a producer on 2024’s “It Ends With Us,” has tried to stay out of the legal war between the film’s director, Justin Baldoni, and his co-star, Blake Lively.

After the film’s release, Lively, 38, sued Baldoni, 41, alleging sexual harassment and claiming he orchestrated a retaliatory public smear campaign against her.

Baldoni countersued Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, alleging defamation, extortion and more. That $400 million lawsuit, however, was later dismissed by a judge.

Lively’s lawsuit against Baldoni is going to trial in May.

During a December interview with Elle, Hoover called the legal battle “unfortunate” and “disappointing.” The outlet noted that Hoover was preparing to give a deposition at the time of the interview.

Hoover also said she “can’t even recommend” the 2016 book anymore.

“I feel like [the lawsuit] has overshadowed it,” she explained. “I’m almost embarrassed to say I wrote it. When people ask what I do, I’m just like, ‘I’m a writer. Please don’t ask me what I wrote.’”
