Princess Beatrice, the eldest daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, is currently pregnant with her and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi’s second child, with the baby set to be born in early Spring.
While the news was announced by Buckingham Palace in October, the 36-year-old princess – who is already mum to three-year-old Sienna – hasn’t herself spoken much about the upcoming arrival of her second child.
However, in an exclusive interview with MailOnline, Beatrice’s best friend and nutritionist Gabriela Peacock – who is also currently pregnant with her fourth child – has revealed just how Prince Andrew’s daughter is doing.
She told MailOnline: “It’s been truly wonderful to share this journey with someone so close. Going through pregnancy alongside a dear friend like Bea has been incredibly comforting, especially as we navigate similar experiences.
“I love that Bea has started spending more time in the countryside too – and now she’s just a short drive away, making it even easier for us to connect and support each other at every step!”
The friends both live in The Cotswolds just a short drive away from one another.
They have been close for a number of years and are godmother to each other’s daughters, which Gabriela said has made them feel “more like family”.
The nutritionist also said the women share parenting advice, which she said is “really special”.
As well as being close to Gabriela, Princess Beatrice, 36, is also reportedly very close to her sister Princess Eugenie, 34.
